Shipping Policy

Orders placed before 12 pm (Sydney time) are dispatched the same day from our Sydney warehouse.
We ship using Australia Post. Estimated delivery times:
- NSW: Standard 2–4 business days; Express 1-2 business days
- VIC & QLD: 3–5 business days; Express 2-3 business days
- SA & TAS: 4–6 business days; Express 2-4 business days
- WA & NT: 5–8 business days; Express 2-5 business days
Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and parcel weight.
Please note these are estimated timeframes provided by Australia Post. Remote or regional areas, public holidays, or network delays may affect final delivery time.
We currently only ship within Australia. If you are located outside of Australia, please kindly get in touch for a shipping quote.

Free Same Day Click & Collect is available from our Mount Druitt warehouse (NSW 2770).
Simply select “Pick Up” at checkout and you’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is ready for collection.
Orders placed before 12 pm are generally ready for pick-up the same day.

Once your design is approved, we’ll move into production and your custom mailers will arrive within 6–8 weeks.
You’ll receive tracking updates once your order ships from our facility.

All orders ship directly from our Sydney warehouse.
Tracking details will be emailed once your parcel has been dispatched.
