Krafted was born behind the scenes at Freckl 3PL — our boutique, high touch fulfilment centre where we pack and ship for some of Australia’s most thoughtful, design-driven e-commerce brands.

We started Freckl with one goal: to give brands a better 3PL experience — one that’s personal, premium, and reliable. But over time, we began noticing a new kind of pain point across nearly every founder we worked with:

→ Spend thousands on bulky custom boxes that take up half the warehouse and cost a fortune to ship...
→ Or settle for generic white satchels that make every order feel like it came off a factory line.

Neither felt right.

We watched incredible founders pour their hearts into building beautiful brands, only to be let down at the finish line — by packaging that either blew out their margins or completely diluted their story.

So we created Krafted: premium-feel, design-led packaging that doesn’t cost the earth (or your sanity).
