Return Policy

 

Ready-To-Ship Mailers

We want you to love your Krafted mailers! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving your package.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition — unused, unmarked, and in their original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.

  • The original shipping charge from your order will not be refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method.

Custom Orders

Because every custom mailer is made to your unique design, custom orders are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once the design has been approved for production.

Please double-check your artwork, colours, and dimensions before final approval — our team is always happy to guide you through this step to make sure everything looks perfect before we begin production.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@kraftedpackaging.com.au with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide the return instructions and mailing address.
